Chicago Tavern Style

Originating from the midwest taverns where the beer was cold and the pizza was thin, our Tavern Style is all about that crunch. We roll the dough ultra-thin and bake it directly on the deck until it’s sturdy, golden, and shatters with every bite.
Unlike our 613-style, the Tavern is topped right to the very edge—no puffy crust here. We load it with a zesty, herb-forward tomato sauce and a tight layer of mozzarella, then finish it with the traditional square "Party Cut." It’s light, crispy, and dangerously snackable.
